Reach a fishing valley - the typical parts of the lagoon where it is possible to fish while respecting natural spaces - and meet a "valesan", the guardian of the valleys, learning the traditional methods and fishing tricks. Continue along the Cormor river, then refresh yourself in a cellar set in the lagoon with a tasting of wine and local products. Get back on the saddle and finally arrive in Marano, with its fishing village. Conclude on a high note with a tasting in a tavern based on fish products and wines from the region.
